OVERVIEW AND FUNDING FOCUS

Trailblazers are a dynamic donor community of the FAFM committed to driving innovation and positive change in the field of family medicine. We are pleased to launch the 2024 FAFM Trailblazers grant cycle. Applications are invited from CFPC provincial Chapters and CFPC departments responding to family medicine’s current challenges the impact of which will:

1. Have relevance for CFPC member family physicians of Canada providing care
2. Align with the solutions to the current crisis in family medicine outlined in the CFPC’s Prescription for Change.

The Trailblazers project grant will fund at minimum one project per cycle within an allotted funding maximum of $60,000.
