About Honours and Awards

 

The Honours and Awards Program (H&A Program) offers grants, scholarships, and awards, which recognize, and support family physicians, and family medicine residents committed to education, research, and excellence in the practice of family medicine.

The H&A Program celebrates the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) members’ achievements and outstanding work.

The CFPC, through sponsorships, and the Foundation for Advancing Family Medicine (FAFM), through donations, provide funding for the H&A Program. This funding allows the H&A Program to support the family doctors of today and tomorrow in their pursuit of advancing primary care for all Canadians.
