The 2021 FAFM Giving Campaign

Thanks to the generosity of family physicians, partner corporations, and individuals from communities across Canada, we have raised over $62,000 of our $100,000 goal.

This is a pivotal time to give as your donation helps support members of the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) in providing the best care to everyone in Canada.

The FAFM Co-RIG continues to reduce the impact of COVID-19 by enhancing equity, integrating systems, accelerating practice innovations, and strengthening continuity of care.

Family physicians are essential to providing continuous care for their patients. Known also as skilled generalists, family physicians take on diverse roles that reflect their communities’ needs including emergency care, obstetrics, gynecology, and palliative support. Family physicians care for patients and their families from the cradle to the grave and connect them with other specialists. Family doctors are often the first point of contact patients have with the health care system, and they are leaders in their communities.

 COVID 19 Notice

The current challenges stemming from the COVID-19 pandemic have not deterred us from our commitment to raise funds to optimize the delivery of new research and knowledge and provide access to care to our communities.

Together, we can ensure everyone in Canada can access the best primary care in the world.
